I’ve lived in Summerville for over 40 years. I guess if you lose a customer or two amongst the thousands each week, it really doesn’t matter. Ridiculous! I was treated like my business didn’t matter. I had to ask her twice for my ice cream and the bbq sauce I requested in the note section of the online order. She finally found my order sitting on the counter!! No one bothered to bring it out to my car, as promised!!! It was COLD ! I had already paid and wanted to just go, rather than wait on a refund. They also serve cheeseburger, ye ole club combo, and blt. This restaurant serves small dip, blt combo, ye ole club, tuna salad sandwich special, large dip, hamburger, and chicken salad sandwich special. She asked who took my order? I told her I placed it online. Ye Ole Fashioned Ice Cream is a restaurant located in Moncks Corner, South Carolina at 484 U.S. I waited in my car until 1:45 pm !!! I finally went inside to check on my order myself and the older lady that works there was unapologetically RUDE to me! She acted bothered that she had to deal with my problem. A third employee checked on me, and he said to pull up front to wait and they’d bring it out to me. A second employee checked on me, and I told her I was waiting on my order.
The employee checked on my food, then came back and told me it was a 5 minute wait. Ye Ole Fashioned, Kids and adults alike will love the ice cream, milk shakes, burgers, hot dogs, chicken fingers, and crinkle cut French fries at family dinners. I arrived at 1:19pm and went to the drive thru to pick up my order. Email receipt said order would be ready at 1:18pm. After waiting another female came to the phone and asked me to come back to the store and pick up a correct order or she could give me 10 percent off my next order? This is absolutely unacceptable and I wouldn’t even be making such a fuss about cheese and ranch however that’s what I paid for and didn’t receive! We just moved into our new house today so our refrigerator is pretty bare! We will definitely never be back! I told the manager what was wrong with my order(no cheese on my burger and no ranch for my two orders of wings) and she asked me how I paid cash or card? So I stated card she asked for the name on my card and put me on hold. I called and asked to speak with a manager because after spending $40.00 on dinner it’s upsetting that it’s incorrect. We waited another 15 mins before getting our food and once I made it home it was incorrect. After I placed my order we sat at a table waiting for our order to be completed we got enjoy the staff fighting over who made a baseball cap ice cream and “left it in the cooler”! About 15 mins after I placed my order the same girl who took my order came over to the table and asked me what all I wanted on my burger because she “forgot” so I restated my order cheese ketchup and onions. I also purchased two things of ice cream. Very disappointed in the service and food I received tonight! Placed an order for two orders of wings for my boyfriend and a burger and fries for myself.
